I really wanted peanut butter cookies tonight. So, I looked for some guilt-free recipes for a single serving but couldn’t find any that I liked. Me being me, I made my own.
2 Tbsp quick oats (next time I’m going to grind it for an oat flour)
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 egg white
Pinch baking soda
Pre-heat oven to 365 degrees. Mix all ingredients, pour onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Only 150 guilt-free calories. :) (made a good sixth meal)
